any suggestions why they aint wrkin,side lights are fine,turn headlights on and sidelights go off,but o\s side llight stays on,then when u put main beam on only drivers side wrks.the bulbs are new and have tried old ones too,new fuses and the rear lights work fine.it is doing my head in now.

if u take the steering cowl of, there is a relay on the indicator side stalk (ul see what i mean when u take of the cowling, mine blew and took the headlingts with it, i think u habe to take steering wheel of to change it,

then undo the two screw that hold the left hand lights/ indicator mech in place , pull it of then test the relay

hi mate just had the same problem with my escort. in side the fuse box there are two white relays try changing them. it fixed mine. good luck
