change the head gasket, as its not the best for a wire rung block

depends on the compression of your engine, grays and a remap, and you wouldnt be far off 400BHP

Thats quite e decent spek, i`d go for greys, and a live remap, might not make the magic 400 youre after, but it will make a massive difference mine did

Why????

it will be fine if the wire ringing is done right

Injectors and a map and there is absolutly no reason why you cant have over 400bhp,

Only suggestion i'd make is to get a 360deg bearing in your turbo

because he uses the Group A gasket and not the the standard gasket,, not the fact thats its wire rung,,, infact i like wireringing

Bosch-Man

compression is EVERYTHING
if its 7:9:1 i dont think he'll get 400 bhp on a t34

yes you can live map a L6, wouldnt bother with light blues, go for grays, about 60 quid each (remember you need a fitting kit)

you wont really need cams with a standard spec head

At a guess because high compression is going to mean masses of ignition retard to use big boost, which is going to lessen the power potential slightly.
And 400bhp on a T34 is a tall order to start with!

how much was your closed loop and what mpg do you get and what ecu do you have thanks danny
Mine was done at MSD's not sure exact price as i had a load of things done together but i think you are looking about Ł200 but then the car needs to live mapped too so it really depends on what you want done, you're best talking to stu but its very reasonably priced and the work is faultless

MPG depends on how you drive really but i get more to a tank now then i did with standard yellows!! And the emissions are at about 0.6 %!!!!!

I now have a L8 ecu as you need that to run the closed loop, HTH.

if going closed loop, you will need a L8 ecu, 4x4 tps, a lambda sesnor and a small bit of wiring,,,, MSD would fit the rest needed

if your buying a L8 ecu, it must have the ford standard baby board inside

Not sure exact bhp as i took it to a rolling road a while back and there was a top end misfire so it could only be revved to 4900 so the power was down (it sorted now after i put new leads and dizzy cap and arm) but the torque was 391 lbs/ft so am just waiting until i can get it RR'd again.

You will need the ecu and a 4x4 tps, which stu supplied me as well as the lambda and software

I though head porting and cams or (cam) is a must for 400bhp?

the problem with most cam profiles is that you need valve cutout, which wasnt said in the spec

you can get very very close without them
