saph front hub dimensions : urgent :
my bestest mate is making me some wheel spacers,
i know the pcd is 108 mm but.........
whats the diameter of the hub ?
what size does the bore need to be is it 63.5 ?
also what size are the wheel studs so we know how big to drill the holes ?
any other info i may need ?
whats the maximum thickness that should be used on a saph ?
thanks.............matt

bore is indeed 63.5 mm, but don't forget you need a chamfer (3mm at 45 degrees should do it) to clear the hub if you're making a combined bell/spacer
stud clearance holes - 13mm for clearance for longer M12 studs with the longer shoulder (if a bell/spacer combination), otherwise 12.5 should be OK
OD of spacer - depends on if you want it to be the same as the wheel, or the same size as the disc/bell diameter. Off the top of my head, I think the hub is 138mm diameter, but obviously, the spacer sits on the disc/bell, not the hub, so 150mm (ish) should do the trick - or just measure the disc/bell or wheel diameter at its mounting face
