Default Virus help?

I've just had my residient shield on AVG pop up and tell me my PC has got a virus, located in:

C:\System Volume Information\_restore{A0972726-0074-43BE-8D6D-3D71780987D9}\RP85\A0067328.exe

Just ran my anti virus and it won't pick it up

So I'm trying to access the folder manually and scan just the one file but every time I try it tells me access is denied...

Any ideas?

What Jimbob meant to say, was right click on my computer, then left click on properties, then left click on System Restore, then turn off system restore
