DVD to Ipod

Does anyone know if its possible to transfer DVD's or Videos onto an IPod via my PC

What you will need to do, is "backup" the dvd to the pc, and then re-encode it to a format that ipod supports, i'm guessing quicktime ?

have to convert it to mp4. search for a psp video converter as they use the same file format !
