2 wheels/4 wheels sub 10s, 10k riding on it...
Whilst opponents drunk, bet had been made. I know a couple of people with sub 10 bikes, but always good to have backup, there genuinely is a 10k bet riding on this.
It started off with my mate's 250cc Lambretta on acceleration against a 750 (or similar), and ended up with 'my mate's quicker than your mate' to a ridiculous scale.
Due to shame, and the people involved, I would say this bet will probably be honoured.
Decent cut for the person who can go sub 10 (to be on the safe side) and beat most road/modified bikes. (Not into drag-bike territory here, just the people who have road bikes and think they're God)
