apprently you have to use hired people (bank employee and dirty copper) and then run the OC. Most likely to fail but at least you are out. its the only way apprently
But then you cant do another for 12 hours

neither can I mate. So i went to game forum and asked the question. the reply is you have to hire the bank employee and dirty copper to fill the car and then run the OC. tis the only way mate
