If someones passed a kill on to me, i.e theyve had a go and person still survived. They are on hitlist so do i need to buy out the hit? After taking 8000 bullets, how many more do u reckon he'll need?

Be warned about poker as well. There is an exploit going around where the other 3 players win with 4 of a kind. Think about it. You have 2 cards each. Only 5 cards get dealt on the table so how can the other 3 players all have 4 of a kind

Peez has it right. If you want to kill someone on the hitlist, find them, kill them. Get money. If you dont want someone on the hitlist killed, buy it out.
i always just browse the restorations section which is simply stunning
