Try a about 20 or 30 maybe more pickpockets until you rank up then learn to do the other crimes and start trying to steal cars. About a week or so later you'll be ranked either Hitman or Assassin.

Then you steal cars for a living selling them to me or BUBBA comes to visit you in your jail cell
