Description: Your cousin was jumped late Friday night as he was walking home. He is currently in the hospital and should be fine. He doesn't know who did it, however, there was a witness that saw it happen. Find the InnocentWitness and you might be able to find out who it was. You need to defend your family pride by killing whoever did it.
TIP: Hire a Private Detective to find InnocentWitness.
how many bullets will i need to kill the witness (assuming i have to kill him)

In that case Innocentwitness will tell you to look for JohnnyTorrio. You gotta shoot him with 500 bullets and use either a Duesey or Beauford as a getaway car (no others will work).

Fook me - just sold one of those Penny dueseys for $10m then along comes a guy flogging 16 cars (all Dueseys and Beaufords) and agrees to accept $11.5m for them all - oh happy days......
