Less than 5000 and you run the risk of him getting away hurt but not killed and you;ve lost all your bullets.

i tryed killing the 3rd mission with 900 bullets first,then 3600,then found out how many i needed to use and have been buying bullets since .up to 3000 again now,so should be killing him by tomorrow night
