quickest is take the drivers spot on OC's that being planned here.
you'll get ranked up very quickly.

Best is if one of the higher ranked members set one up.
As u can only do 1 every 12 hours, i can't do another one till 2 in the morning, but there are at least 4 planned here every day, so just have a look here every now and then, and if one pops up, just ask for the driver's spot.
