sorry but i have met karl and he is a sound man your one of the reasons a few tuners dont come on here any more

and can some one please tell me what a wire rung block is ? and how its helps

A wire rung block is where a ring is is inserted into the top of the block, which bites into the head gasket keeping it more securely in place
