Been to the docs this morning, he was like 
He said its a sist but now its infected, so gave me antibiotics and some cream to put on it, then he said when it clears up come back and see him, i presume to remove it.

also the build up of pressure under the skin is most likely whats causing the pain.
when i had a wisdom tooth come through it was fucking killing, out with the kitche knife and a bit of blood later, job done, i slit where the tooth was making a lump, it hurt a bit for a while but the pain soon went and was fine the next day
then i got a flap of skin so chopped that off too as food was getting under it and making it hurt lol
dentist wasnt too pleased but i sure as hell was lol
so on, gouge the fuck out of it with a knitting needle

Well if not lots came out, but its a big lump, stick a needle in further, trust me, its in there...
I had one once that was so big it nearly blocked my nostril, and had to stab a needle in it about a cm deep to pop it properly, but fuck me, didnt loads come out
And it went almost totally flat

fook me, I'm just about to eat!
But I have had the same problem, not quite that big, but was painful as fook. Doc gave me antibiotics and said it would keep coming back, and told me to take more antibiotics when it does come back. I had 2 courses of them and every so often it reappears but no where near as bad as it was before. He also said the worst thing you could do was pop it.

not a patch on mine which i had last year if you remember
but still a good effort Andy
when they chopped mine out, the hole left was 5cm top to bottom, 3.5cm wide and 4.5cm deep..
took 8 weeks to heal, from the inside out!! had to be repacked everyfookin day
still 8 weeks off work, fully paid in the red hot summer, couldnt grumble
