Default Oil reference table?

is there a reference table for suggested oil grades for different engines on here anywhere?iv had a look but cant find anythin just wondering cause iv just finished rebuilding my cos 4x4 engine and want to know what to use to run in the engine and what to run it on afterwards?(if anyone can enlighten me!?!) just asking for the table seeing as there is quite often a post asking about what oils to use!thought we could have it put in the tech discussion room or summat? what do y'all think?

any good quality mineral oil for running in purpose! and once done I have now started to use Millers oil and it's IMO

I have a database of all oils for all cars back to the early 80's, just go onto my website http://www.opieoils.co.uk and use this form and we will get back to you with our recommendation!
