bone dry night and let the guy go for it first to make sure he defo was trying...

it was really quick and had me worried for a second but when mines hits full boost it just pulls and pulls.

had it reving to 7800 last nite in 4th before the change to 5th and pulled a good bit on the tvr.

know a guy with a 360 and he is getting it next

 

hurry up and get yours mapped toff and yours will be a flier too

 

when you're done with him get the cars out for a blast and toast his ass(again)

 

he is getting passed just clear things up for those with a gay mind

Tuscan is a fantastic car, but i find it quite believable a really well sorted cossie can beat one

i couldnt care less what would win or not if i had a bit of spare dosh the escos would be gone and a tuscan sat in its place,one of the nicest cars ever made as far as im concerened,looks the dogs dangles to nige lucky bast**d

The TVR has some nice cars keeping it company on that list. Seems to hold it's own. Excuse my ignorance MADRod but how come your cossie isnt on the list?

 

Ive never entered Vmax so not on list. Was entered for the next one but will not now be ready.

Well i have no doutes it was a close race etc but when u saying u left it i just dont belive it thats all lol 0-100 is 9.5 btw thats all i know lol.I know tvr atre not the fastest thing ever i never said they were but a 400 bhp cosworth leaving one i douted lol im sure it would be a fair close race end of story.I know cosworths are fast and hold there own against the best supercars about but in what situation etc.I am a true ford lover and allways will be i like the underdog cars winning with tuning etc its all good.

 

Ok sounds cool alex how about we try 4th gear from 70 upward lol and i wouldent win round a bend no way lol if it came down to handleing and little straits and roundabouts id be left standing or spinning round in circles lol But u know me id try lol

 

my car isnt 400 bhp.

will be closer to 500 on the right rolling road.

i know we are only having a laugh

what makes a tuscan any more scary than a 500 bhp rear drive saf??

the tvr wil have wider rear tyres than me and prob a better diff/lsd.

 

It wieghts 1100kg it is made of fibreglass it has no traction control no abs no anything lol it is scary trust me lol and the arse twitches out all the time propper heart dropping moments lol.I actually didnt realise yours was 400 at the wheels also u see so that makes it diff.I think with both drivern properly it would be a good rce for sure mate but proper leaving it i dount.I recon itll be close but i would not know till i tried

 

its not 400bhp at fly,its 400bhp@wheels which was also run up in 4th gear instead of the usual 3rd gear,this car would prob make over 500bhp fly at many rollin roads around the country

how do you tell the diff with the tuscans?

are there not more and less powerful versions?

ie speed 6?

 

Nearn to fooking read then Nige, the explanations of why a Tuscan would get rinsed was all put in great detail hours and hours ago
Inc the 400@wheels at AVA, weight not mattering much at speed, and so on...

bloody fast cars, my best mates got one, all chipped and modded, Ł1000 for suspension, special exhausts, de cated, chipped etc, blew my ducati away from stand still in every gear, also we pulled away from my other mates sagaris, quite easily, just depends how fast you can afford to go
went to santa pod, last year, got 0-60 in 4.1, got blew away by an rs200 that done 2.9, also someone had trashed a gear box on the track, so traction wasnt the best, but would never have neat the rs,

 

andy those are all amzing cars but they would only see one view off mine...

If nige wants some proper proven times for his TVR, its easy

I got proper racelogic 100% accurate GPS timing gear.

Would take 10mins to set up in his car.

I pass by Bristol every day going to work n back, and only half hour away when at home or work.

He can get some of the times there n then, and then il take the thing home n get all the datalogging off it to get some even more detailed stuff.

Sounds like fun, and im up for it
