Cheers Chopski - 451.5 on the bench dyno, so obviously a bit less in car, and then there's the 4x4 tranny....
Feels more like a rwd now
It was only a quick bit of fun with Mike, nothing serious - Peggy is an awesome package. Mike's done A LOT of hard reliable miles in her, and she's done him proud. At the end of the day, they're different creatures (plus I had my fiendish, if ultimately flawed std rims for acceleration) . Just need to up the spec of some other items, and I can enjoy it to the fullest - gonna be sensible for now - just timing the way the engine got done first..... Maybe I was secretly hoping the Koni's and one good stop being would be enough - McSnapper stylee
It's only the upper reaches of the boost pot that are too much (albeit I'm used to the 'push on' of the std car), but I'll happily run it within it's chassis limits until upgraded further, it still puts a huge smile on my face even on lower boost, and safety first and all that.
How's yours coming along now? Have you even been onshore to use it of late? (All work and no play.....
)

Ive been offshore a fair bit and on my time home the cars is a useless motherfucker. Still tracing my splutter/fuel pressure. finding someone competent in this neck of the woods isnt easy!
