he man, it has to be expected that he may not sound that interested.
imagine how many phone calls he may get a day from "interested" people that never materialise.
mark is incredibly helpful and im priviledge to be work of the few people who he contracts work from.

Depends on what you are after knowing i guess to a certain extent.
forums like this are a good place to ask the "stupid" questions first normally, as obviously people like Mark / Karl / Stu / MartinH etc are too busy to run a free technical support line

Mark shead is one of the most friendly and helpful people out there
