Well....
Im 99% sure Tiff runs the mi16 box....
I run the 1.6 box
SiB runs the 1.9 box (although i believe he is changing it for 1.6 today if all goes to plan)

TIFF Any ideas how much a similar if not the same conversion your car has would cost me if I sourced the engine etc myself? I'm looking at buying a 205 at the moment and would like to get it specced up similar to yours.

Or not in my case
A) I haven't had time to do the gear box, so no lower ratio 1.6 box for me. So may be ok on the long straights, crap everywhere else.
B) Sketch's (my bruv) car goes better than mine (may be the gear box, but think the engine is sweeter than mine as well)
C) While Sketch has done 1000+ miles I have done 100
And in the first 20 miles I broke the accelerator cable
(fixed very kindly by Phill2400 from 2400 Motorsport
)
I've also broken a TCA
I've also buggered the indicators
Fixed one oil leak, only to find 3 more to sort by Sat
The comments above about me driving it like it's stolen I deny strongly, even though it's true hence all of the above points!

How the fuck did you bugger the indicators? Was it straight 50, into rough and bumps 20, over bridge into water splash? Might explain the buggered TCA

1st = forgot to do
2nd = about 70mph on the clock
3rd = about 95mph on the clock
4th = dunno
5th = Approx 145mph at 7250rpm (not sure what my limiter is set at, 7250ish i think!
So the ratio's look similar ish, I dont think my 1st will do 45mph though
