Just come back
Was pretty busy and the jet car was the bollocks as per usual doing a 6.26 1/4mile @269mph Was going well till some dude in his old mini managed to slam it into the wall just before the end causing a hour and half delay and then they only opened the right hand lane Only managed to get two runs in
Best run of the two was a 14.1@99mph
Was hoping to get into the 13's but didn't have enough goes to get used to the grip levels so wasn't giving it full beans off the launch. Would deffo had improved with a few more trys.... still plenty more Santa Pod days to come this year

Yes it was a good day, that Jet car was mental...how fooking loud?
Saw a few Cossies, a couple of which i recognised from here .
Also quite impressed with a Turbo Nova that was going down, much quicker than i thought they were .
Also saw a Supra throw it's Prop out..which was er, interesting .

Was up there today spectating but with a few mates.
The red Corvette and Z28 Camaro.
Both had a good day but it was a touch cold come the evening.
Nova turbo wasn't that impressive but went ok
Red NA nova running 13.9 was more impressive as had loads less h/p
Spotted a few cossys, liked the black one in new Mo's, Quite sure I heard a saff with anti lag too

I'm really looking forward to the Central Day again, was great last year.
Going to miss not having a car to run this year though
Roll on some warmer weather though If I'm going to be spectating all year

The white saph with anti lag was SteveRS off here and there is a vid of it on the site. I was running a black saph with dents all over it. Only managed two runs in 5 1/2hours. Bargain for Ł20.

Yeah good day actually, best time of 14.2 @ 100.?? (haven't got the slips with me) But the car would only peak at 1.5 bar strange as on the way up it would peak at 1.9 and tail off & on the way home it was doing exactly the same
Just need to learn how to launch now
First run was dire nearly got my arse handed to me by a Mini FFS but i got better through the day, with my best run i thought i had clutch slip in 1st & half of 2nd but my birds uncle in the stands reckons i was just lighting up all 4 wheels
All in all, it was a bit of a laugh!! (until the missus started moaning at me for getting in at 20:00)
