Data from aborted Topspeed run.Shows we are picking up Power
The Data below compares GT35 run with latest Spec.
For comparison only, have used in-gear data on previous 0-80 time.
This is not the actual aborted run as the computer went AWOL same as the car. This was a Test run & Mark backed off at 185mph because it had a persistant misfire. Car had Spare wheel & Tools in the back .
Misfire or not the gains are massive & suggest a fully fit car will be past 200mph sub 20secs.
110-180 has dropped from over 13 seconds to under 10
So its definately making MORE THAN 30% extra power now then it did before
Your right !! thats what my maths say .
Mark suggests we are now running over 900bhp & when we ran the 201.8 less than 700bhp because of the restrictive exhaust & inefficient Nitrous system. In theory 215 should be possible, but Brunters aint getting any longer & the braking distances required are. We would settle for around a 211+ still a big call in a full weight streetcar. Time will tell.

I would say rod that before you probably "spiked" to 750bhp when you first activated the nitrous system, but within a few seconds it was then dropping down and by the end of the run you were probably right down to under 700.
Now of course its going to 900+ and staying there
Got to get you to firmly on the idiots side of 210mph now mate
Do you know yet when you will next be running it? Or is the amount of work marks looking at enough that trying to fit it in around customers cars is going to mean quite a few months out of action?
I really hope you run at TOTB this year now you have that sort of power, as you genuinely will be a contender again
