Love cellars, house we selling at mo has 4 rooms in cellar, has drum kit in one, huge wine cellar 
, and games room. My mates house has a cellar in her understairs cupboard and used to lead to all the other houses in the road before everyone blocked them off, could have some fun if they were unblocked

pool wasnt actually in the other house lol was shared access, the house was just shit lol
this is a 2 bed cottage, 2 bathrooms, huge dining kitchen etc
