they think a pulsar will beat cossie

Ive had a Pulsar but not a Cossie and mine was running approx 300 bhp
I never ever had troubles with beating ERST's FRST's etc tec But Cossies where a compltely different ball game ! I had 4 races and lost 3 out of 4 and I'm a fair competant driver @ high speed! None the less I maxed out in my old R @ 164 mph when Nissan gearing is supposed to stop around the 160 mark!
Gearbox never went wrong but I could feel something was up when it started to get harder to get into gear! Sold the damn thing last year and have had a Puma since! Personally I do miss the Turbo but for economy and good handling I chose the Puma a mid term solution to a long term problem of wanting to own an Escort Cosworth!
I say have a Cossie Vs R thrash out!
