I'm just about to fit a 24v lump to my 4x4 estate. What is involved in the conversion? I've heard it's very easy really, just a mix and match of parts already there.
Any advice gratefully recieved
I seem to remember reading an article on this somewhere but can't remember where now

There is loads of info on this site:
http://www.interford.co.uk/forums/
Specifically look under the section on engine conversions. There are loads of people that have 24vs on there and some have done the conversions themselves.
Also check out these two sites:

Good luck.
