anyone recomend a decent clutch i can use for up to 600 bhp
its for my mk3 escort with the 4wd cosworth conversion, ive got a helix 4 paddle clutch, it can take the power but i cant get the gears, it just doesnt work at all, this is why it hasnt been out for the last 18 month
the clutch release arm goes nearly full travel without the cable on,then the clutch rachet cant take all the slack up. i put spacers in so the arm goes full travel and even hits the gearbox and ive even cut a piece of the box out so it goes further but still wont go into gear
its been back once but they say its fine, but if i put the standard one in the arm sits in the right place and works fine. its as if the fingers on the clutch are at fault
