Haahaa....
I wonder if you are all mad like me. I spend a lot of time on the Hanso site, and many other sites, that I am not sure if you are all aware. It's way so deep . Have any of you played the Lost Experiment game?
You have to have some brains man!
I can tell you all a lot of spoilers, heehee.
I am having a LOST party night on Wednesday night for the finale.
Erik thinks that I am crazy.
Atleast there is 3 more seasons!

I've read a bit into people's theories on Lost forums and the websites that have been set up by ABC (like thehansofoundation etc.) - yes I'm sad
The season 2 finale is a 2 hour episode tonight/tomorrow morning (for us non-US watchers) - looking forward to seeing it tomorrow
A BTTT for the others who watch it
Cheers,
Andy

Glad I'm not the only one!
Just thought I'd add that the show probably won't be available until nearer 5am tomorrow morning as the show is a 2 hour episode and won't finish until 4am our time. It usually takes them about an hour to edit and compress the video and then share it amongst their own group of seeders before it gets made public (and it becomes every man for themselves! ).
I've finally sorted out my port forwarding problems with the help of a useful bloke on the portforward.com forums (www.portforward.com for those that are interested) so I'm now getting much more reliable download speeds as I can seek out new seeders and am generally more connectable to other torrent users!
Can't wait to watch this one!
Cheers,
Andy

I don't really have any problems using the public sites for the downloads like Lost - I've found in the past that mininova has the Lost torrent first although the EZTV site is the original place for them, never really looked. Demonoid seems to be a bit slower to get them up than places like Mininova. The more people there are on a tracker though, the slower things will go generally, that's why it pays to get in early with a fast connection or wait until the number of peers and seeds shifts to more seeds than peers/leeches.
Cheers,
Andy
P.S. Got my broadband upgraded last week so I'm now running between 5 and 8 Mbit connection with 448k upload

lol - glad I'm not with BT then!
However, they did say to me that I had to restart my modem/router at least 5 times in the first 10 days to 're-synchronise' the connection with the exchange. I've tested the speeds each time and mine varies from as little as 3.8Mbit up to about 5.3Mbit - obviously I don't think I'll ever get the 8Mbit but I know that I can achieve a steady 5Mbit downstream which is what they promised I'd get. It all depends on the distance and line make up between you and the exchange.
Granted - they have had more problems with the MAX ADSL speeds than they expected.
Remember that if you go with companies that offer just Internet (i.e. not a combined phone, cable TV and internet service like Talk Talk etc.) then your connection is purely a BT wholesale broadband line resold using the ISP's servers (you're still going through a BT connection to the exchange). So basically, if your speed is set at that with BT, it probably will be with most other ISPs. The only way for the speed to increase will be to get BT to fix the problem (if there is one) or change phone supplier etc. to go with another ISP who have their own local loop.
Cheers,
Andy

Taryn is just cooked a roast, has her mate coming over with desert I swear you'd think it's a date..
It is a good show though. It's 2 hours today but the first hour is like a repeat or something then the second hour the finale starts.

Just realised and for the benefit of everyone else, the finale has been split up into episode 23 and 24. So you've got 2 seperate downloads to search for this time.
