If you can't get a torrent file for the latest episode then you can watch a streaming version of the episodes on www.allfg.org 
I saw the broadcast date for episode 7 as well Zetec - I thought they were just going to have one mid-season break but it looks like they're going to split it into 4 quarters UNLESS it's only going to be 12 episodes this season (which I doubt)

I think the black smokes scans peoples mind and digs up their history to try and put it straight?
Jack saw his Dad in the first episode, Hurly (sp) saw that guy from the mental place.. but then also people have seen other peoples pasts.. Lock saw Mr Eco's bro and Boon's (sp again ) nanny who fell down the stairs and died.. sort of explains some of the weird shit
Oh and check out One eyed Willy! he must be in the black rock sitting on the Goonies gold

To all those who want to watch something I think is a pretty good new series then I can recommend downloading a new TV series called 'Heroes' about people with super-human powers. It depends if that kind of thing floats your boat but it seems pretty well filmed and the story seems to have a sense of conclusion unlike Lost does!
