its probably sum young lad with either a big credit card or a rich mum n dad. .so hes bin out and bought the best car for his money but still been in his Cruisecheshire tacky maxpower frame of mind.. I love max power.. all girth n no no grunt.. pour example.. 20k kit on a saxo.. 1.1 8V
