One was a stud and one was a bolt i was just sat thinking i don't know if we put the bolt under the throttle body that goes through the bracket that goes to the engine mount do you think that would cause it????

Try unplugging ISCV, if speed doesnt drop to idle, you have a BIG airleak.

What cossie is it? what ecu and TPS?
The plug fix simply proves teh ECU is sending voltage to teh valve, so it is being told either:
1) The engines cold.
2) The throttles open.
3) The engine speed is high.
The above scenarios all send a drive signal to the valve. All i can think of top of my head pal. If its 2wd, you can unplug the TPS and see if it helps, if it does, the signal error is there...

its putting the two plugs on each others sensor that is the risk

Hello i just been down garage to check i can see the plug for the crank sensor and the one to the dizzy but no more? were is the knock sensor situated as i car'nt remember seeing one when i had the engine out (COSSIEGREG'S CAR IS IN MY GARAGE) just incase you were wondering why i am repleying
