anyone know about radiators

i have just had another rad put in the living room (spliced off the kitchen one)
and now i have 2 rads down stairs that are not working, both are bled and have hot water running up to them
now the plumber is not answering his phone
and im getting it in the ear of the me misses
i need to shut her up before the england game starts so please help

one; make sure both rad valves are open; two; if they are both open,you may need to balance the radiators in the house i.e. turn the valves down in the rest of the house so they are all half open.
If this doesn't work the pumpmay not be man enough, I hope this helps.
