Why is it that numerous request from local Ford dealers to supply me with the torque settings for a 2003 Ford Mondeo Ghia 2L Duratec HE motor is being unsuccessful? Is there anyone that can assist me. Surely someone must have these settins? They are prepared to sell you the parts to perform the repairs but these settings seems to be top secret information.

PLEASE HELP

 

A Haynes manual should give you all the torque figures. I guess a dealer will find that its effort to go through their manuals and pull the information for no financial gain.

 

it would take any dealer less than 5 mins to look on auto data and print the info off. It would save them looking on eTis.

 

Unfortunately, that's still time they can't invoice so they won't bother. My local dealer is so crap they reckon that they stopped producing the Sierra in 1987. They get all narky when you start asking for stuff by Finis number.
