Default workshop alarm

Can anyone recommend a decent alarm for a workshop. I would like one that txt's me when it goes off? I have looked on ebay and most of it looks like ying yang shite. Just want a decent hard wired one that will take a sim card and txt me if someone tries to break in so I can go down there and introduce them to my baseball bat.
