Default Needing help trailing arm tool

Bought myself the trailing arm bushes but just been looking up on how too remove and fit new 1s and I need a press??? Had a look around and there £100 does anyone have 1 for sale/swap for something or to borrow?
Thanks for looking and any help would be great

Drill out the centre and then slide a hacksaw through the hole and attach back to hacksaw and cut a slot on each side, then push each side out. Poly bushes going back in? then they are easy enough to do by hand.
