When we had our stables put up, we had a matching 12'x24' hay barn put on the end, i cleaned it out, painted the floor and put doors in the end! Thats my garage! the roof is the black fibre corregated sheets. Does me perfect, i went allong the roof edges and the centre with expanding foam to stop any breezez, perfect! I'm going put a 12x36 next to the drive and let her have the barn back, going to have it the same as it is now, only thing i'm changing is to put some plastic sheet up before the roof panels as they always drop small black bits down inside.

Not sure on the price of concrete sectional garages new, i looked into second hand ones but couldn't be arsed with going to take one down and re building it.

Our 12x24 barn seperate is £1700 delivered and erected, with side windows and door and double doors on the end. http://www.nvstables.co.uk/

The base for ours was £5200 but that was 110' long and 33' wide lol! You just need one course of bricks put down for it to sit on, and no, you don't need planning permission as long as it doesn't take up a certain percentage of your property, it's worth just checking though.
