RS2000 into xr3i
how difficult would it be to put an RS2000 engine into my mk4 xr3i ?
I am not after power just something different
I have a complete RS2000 that I am breaking so have everything from that car to hand.
any help info would be good

Has been done serveral times before, so won't be too hard to do.
You'll have to modify the engine mount to make the engine fit. iirc people used the MK4 CVH mount.
You won't need the MTX box, the BC/IB5 bolt onto the engine. Just make sure you use a non-MTX flywheel/clutch setup with CPS holes.
You might have to modify the inlet. TB might hit the brake servo or master cylinder on RHD cars.
