1990 1.6 CVH with EFI
Does anyone know the correct (standard) pressure that the fuel pump should produce and also the correct (standard) pressure that should be in the fuel rail?
Cheers

Autodata states 5.0bar minimum delivery pressure and 2.3-2.5bar at the rail with vacuum applied. This is the spec for XR2i Fiesta CVH EFI as Escort '86 isn't on there anymore.
Was a known mod to raise pressure to 3.5bar to stop light throttle hesitation back in the day.

Cheers mate
Are there any other reading you can get from Autodata such as resistance, impedance etc for testing the sensors etc?
Yeah, there are some tests.
Depends which sensors you need to test.

Well I have a three pin fault code reader on it's way so will see if that comes up with anything.
Actual pressure we got off the pump (via popping a gauge between the fuel feed to the filter banjo) was 4.0 bar so we are not that far off there.
We took a reading from the return of the Fuel Reg and that came back as nothing (despite adjusting the screw) which leads us to think that the reg might of had it
