Help please

Hi all I have a xr3 cabby have rebuilt the engine top and bottom and have put it back in the bay wired and plugged everything in have fuel and spark engine turns over but won't fire up Please help

check fuel pump is running? check timing, even basic settings, some small movement of dissy, turn forward and back, while turning over engine may start it?
