u on aboutthe black circle???m8 its aplastic insert of sum sort ??? thought they all came with it?? theres another one on the other side??

 

nar mate never seen 1 before. think it must been rust as they all go there. and then some1's just bodged it up.

 

what bit are you looking at? i cant see any thing there that looks like a hole or any thing thats bodged?

i dont know as much as most of u guys do about fords but i cant see fook all were its ever been bodged reason i bought it a few blue moons ago was cos its only done 56k every mot never welded no rust or ever been paonted!!!! and im the 3rd owner fook me a day or 2s graft and its a concours car easily!!! lol any how cousin took these just now 4 ya too have abutchers at !!! and u dont know any one who has a set of diomend cut 15s rs alloys the optional extra jobbys????

no mate thats spot on must be the battery cover you was on about, just didnt look right. very tidy xr2, credit to you

 

i willl when its all painted, just spent last few months welding up the few rust patches. wish it was as tidy as this 1 when i started.

 

very tidy xr2 m8,wish mine was that clean but hopefully she will be by the end of the summer got a set of comp mo's 4 sale if ur interested,the old skool ones,no longer aval in 15s but they bo need a refurb!!!!! diamond cut...would look sweet.had them on my mk2 but im really after 13inch rs 7's myself but think ive found a set or 2.lol...by the way they do ALL hav the rubber grommets in the bulkhead.
