3dr headlight refurbishment?

Hello all.

I'm looking for ideas on how to refurbish my headlights. I have two pairs, they both mist up a little and need resealing.

Also the reflecting plate could do with a spruce up.

Sounds like some new ones needed as I dont think you are ever going to be able to do a refurbishment that you will be happy with.
