ET25 235's Rubbing 3dr
hey guys,
Iv got some 17x8" Et25 on the rear of my 3dr and they are rubbing the bodykit.. iv trimmed the bodykit down a fair bit its only just catching, how do people get away with running these with no issues?
any suggestions?
Iv got koni suspension and chassic dynamic springs.

With a 235 and an et25 offset then yes they will catch. The suspension also maybe a factor here,I think with coilovers you may just get away with it due to all the adjustments possible with them with ride height.
It will be very close to the arch on a 215 tyre,I have 215s on mine with an et30 offset but I have 6mm spacers bringing the offset down to et24,not sure if they are gonna rub or not yet as the car won't be back on the road until April.
I had 235s on my old 3dr but the offset was et35 on my comp cxn splittys and they didn't catch but as said that was an et35 offset, not et25 as you have.
I know of somebody else who had a 235 with an et25 and the arches were fouled by the tyre, the same as what's happening toyours.
Good luck with it but I think you will either end up changing down to a 215 tyre or changing your suspension set up to coilovers.
Thanks.Lee.
