hello.. Im new to cosworth engines but i have som turbo questions..

I have a 1971 transit pickup that is now a pinto engine in, and i was going to turbo charge it so started on that, but now i have comeover a cosworth engine that i did bought, and gone install that one instead.. so the question..

the turbo , a T3, and the wastgate is bad, so want maybe to change the turbo
so what will be a good choise? has t3, 2wd exhaust manifold, and want the engiene to start push air pretty early, at 2-2500 rpm, and is good for 250-300 hp.. and will deliver to top rpm..

have newer driven a cosworth, and dont know the much about them.
how much rpm can it give on standard form?
this engine has earlyer been in a taunus, with 330 hp kit..

is there something i want to check, change before instaling? gone change cam belt and wheel..
