Default Saph 4x4 tuning advice needed

Hi I have a 91 4x4 Saph that's currently on stage 1 msd chip. I fancy a bit more poke and was thinking of going a bit further than stage 2 330bhp however would like some advice on mods please. Plans are: airtec rs500 intercooler, 3 bar map sensor, Bosch dark greens. The turbo needs attention as its making a weird whining noise on full boost so was thinking of having it rebuilt with t34 compressed wheel, 360' bearing and slightly larger exhaust housing. Also was thinking could do with replacing the head gasket with a group a just for security and fit a new timing belt at the same time. Will the standard clutch be ok and will the gearbox and doffs be ok? Would expect around 340-350bhp with this spec?
Cheers
