As soon as drop the car back down it relocates & is fine, is this normal of is there something I can get to stop this?? I just don't want anything bad to happen while out driving sensible!!!!!!!!

Fit some helper springs, they'll stop the springs becoming loose when the shock is fully extended.

Should be able to get them from the manufacturer easy enough.

will fail a tough MOT becuase of that.
Though it is normal, helper springs will fix the problem.
