Default how to adjust clutch cable

Hello!

Where is it possible to relieve clutch cable on my 88' Sierra hatch 2.0i?
I need to put the cable back on clutch pedal but it is too tight. I need to relieve it. Where can this be done and how? Is this done near the gearbox or somewhere else?

Thanks,
Toms

Bud remove the other end from the fork, you always start at the pedal and then fit it to fork
