Default Engine rebuild , on going

Hi all ,
Would a 2wd or 4x4 head make a difference on a high power engine ?
I'm rebuilding my engine as it tired but have a 4x4 head on engine in car but got a 2wd head in loft
Going to send a head off is there any difference between the 2 heads ?

To cut a long story short , which head better for porting ?

As far as I can see the main difference us the combustion chamber shape its smaller on a 4x4. And the temp sender is in a deferent place but as far as porting is concerned you can poet them the same

Although I will add that there has to be a reason for the change in combustion chamber shape on the 4x4 one

Manu because the transfer to unleaded or the emotions

Also as far as I can find out the 4x4 head has better cooling and oil feed to the turbo
