Sierra cosworth distributer voltage from the plug that goes in the side.
The positive voltage on mine is 5volts, I'm guessing this is sent from the ecu. I need to find out if this voltage is correct or should I have 12v :/.

No, it's correct, thats the 'phase' sensor connector.

Does anyone know the voltage from the main plug inside the dizzy, phase sensor side.
I'm only getting .02 volts surely that's to low ?

It's a 0-5V scale, BUT the wires corrode inside the distributor, so make sure it's not bad wiring.
