Gas strut that fits boot and hood Sierra 4d

Hello,

I'm looking for gas struts that fit boot and bonnet. Need not be the same for both, only the fit.
Is there anyone here who converted the bonnet or the boot, I would very much like to see a photo of how you have solved it.
Would love to know where I can buy!

The struts will last longer if they are mounted the other way up. The damping oil helps keep the seals lubricated and stops the nitrogen leaking out. The manufacturers all recommend mounting them with the piston rod at the lower end.
