Default BD10s

How much improvement can I expect from a pair of BD10s on a Stage 3 Cossie? Should I change to the bronze valve guides and Iskey double valve springs while I'm at it?

Dont even bother mate standard cams are good for over 400bhp all your doing is miving your peak power high up the rev range if your going to do it get yourself some bd 14 or 16 or a mix. you will need the double springs anything over bd 10 s

So there won't be any improvements? I am going to throw in a Garrett T04E which will come on boost much later anyway...

Would a pair of BD16s be better than using BD16 intake and stock exhaust cams?
