Default Propshaft play-need new rubber or bearing?

As above, after closer inspection today, the prop on my 3dr cossie has extensive play and the rubber appears to be split. Will I require a new rubber only, the bearing or a complete repair kit please?
Anyone know where I can get the parts from please?
I hope you can help.

Many thanks.Lee.

Johnjn, you cannot get them from Ford, apparently they were only sold as a complete item with the prop.Somebody above mentioned a guy on e bay was selling them,I'm gonna take a look tomorrow.

Thanks.Lee.
