Default Autospecialists Intake Manifold

I 'm having a sapphire cosworth (RWD) and I 've made some modifications.

My car's specs are:

1. '200' block
2. stock 4wd (Head, cams, valvetrain, pistons, conrods, crankshaft...)
3. ARP Studs
4. WRC head gasket
5. High Pressure Oil Pump
6. Baffled(ported) Sump
7. 4wd inlet manifold with 14mm spacer
8. Airtec RS500 I/C 60mm
9. Airtec Turbo cooler
10. Airtec 60mm Radiator
11. Samco full kit (turbo&cooling)
12. 2wd wrapped exhaust manifold
13. Escort Cosworth T34.063 (TB3403) with 360 bearing
14. 3-bar map sensor
15. Forge Actuator
16. 3" Downpipe and 3" exhaust system (decat)
17. Group A Cone Air Filter
18. Group A Coil
19. Magnecor HT Leads R100 (100mm)
20. Denso Iridium IK27 Spark plugs (.60 gaped)
21. L8 ECU
22. Bosch 044 fuel pump
23. Siemens 630cc High Impedance
24. Breather kit
25. Apexi AVCR
26. Stock 2wd cosworth transmission

Now I 'm planning to install the new AutoSpecialists Intake Manifold with 14mm plenum and Live map it. My target is to reach over 400 BHP.

Haw anyone try and map a car with a manifold like this? (autospecialists)
Any power gains?

Do you need that inlet? compare it cost wise to a 4x4 inlet with maybe a spacer, as that will be enough for 400bhp

Ι want to extract the most power/torque of my engine, using a T35 and stock internals.
I have read that this manifold gives torque and releases more power at high rpm.
What 's your opinion about this?

I'd put the money towards head work and replacement Kent AB07 inlet cam if you don't have valve pockets

I don't have valve pockets.
I' m afraid that if I miss a gear maybe my pistons foul with valves and have a problem with a different than factory items (camshaft)
I' ve just saw that I haven't written on my list that my head is gas flowed with stock valves.
